License Manager may report an error under certain conditions.
License Errors
All workstations in use: The number of workstations included in your license determines the maximum number of simultaneous users. To free up a workstation, have one of the current users end their PROKON session. Go to license details to view the number of workstations contained by your license. To see who is using the license at the moment, go to registered users.
Annual rent expired: Your annual rental agreement has expired. Please renew your license.
Trial expired: Your trial license has expired. Please place an order for a license.
Maintenance expired: Your purchase license is perpetual, but software maintenance (program updates and technical support) is only available for one year from the date of purchase or upgrade. You can continue using PROKON after the maintenance has expired but should consider purchasing an upgrade.
Login Problems
Email address: If you account number is known (e.g. you are upgrading from a local license, or have logged in previously), verify that your email address is listed on the registered users tab.
Passcode: If you have forgotten your passcode, perform a passcode recovery to your email.
Suggestion: To prevent you spam filter from blocking messages from the License Server, add the domain prokon.com to your list of trusted senders.
